1) What are the delivery timelines?
Pan-India shipping. Metro cities usually 2–5 business days, other locations 4–7 business days after dispatch. Festivals or remote pincodes can take a bit longer.

2) Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes on most items. If COD is available for your pincode, you’ll see the option at checkout. Some high-value or special-order items may be prepaid only.

3) How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by SMS/email once your order is dispatched. You can also check My Orders from your account.

4) What is your return/replacement policy?
Easy returns within 5 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Category-specific exceptions apply (see each product page). Once the return passes QC, we process refunds to the original payment method.

5) Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes—before dispatch. Share your order number via Contact Us or email and we’ll try our best to help.

6) What if my package is damaged or an item is missing?
Please record a short unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or resolution as per policy.

7) Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and COD (where available). Offers or coupons (if any) can be applied on the checkout page.

8) Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout based on pincode and weight. Free-shipping promotions are applied automatically when eligible. Generally, on most of the products, shipping is free.

9) Are the products genuine?
Yes—curated from verified partners. Listings include clear photos and specifications; sealed units where applicable.

10) Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. GST invoice is emailed after shipment. For business billing, add your GST details at checkout.

11) How do refunds work and how long do they take?
After QC approval of a return, refunds are issued to your bank accounts or UPI number within 3–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
